Rules for Admission

Applicants are required to submit the following documents alongwith the admission form for admission to all classes, failing which admission form would be rejected.
सभी कक्षाओं में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदकों को प्रवेश फार्म के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है, अन्यथा प्रवेश फार्म अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा ।
1. Photocopy of marksheets of H.S. Inter, B.Sc., B.A., B.Com/M.Sc., M.A., M.Com.
2. Transfer Certificate in original of the last college attended.
3. Character Certificate of the last college attended in original.
4. Three recent Passport size photographs.
5. N.C.C./N.S.S./Games certificate copies if any.
6. Copies of all such certificates for which the candidate wants additional merit counts.

• He/She shall fill up the application form carefully in his/her own hand writing for the admission & shall present it alongwith Certified photocopies of mark-sheets of all the examination passed, a copy of the character certificate and Rs. 10/- as registration fee in the office personally or send it by post. Original marksheet submitted will not be returned.
  प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन पत्र को सावधानीपूर्वक स्वयं के हाथ से भरकर सभी उत्तीर्ण परीक्षाओं की अंकतालिकाओं की प्रमाणित फोटोकॉपी, चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र की एक प्रति तथा 10/- रुपए पंजीकरण शुल्क के साथ कार्यालय में व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होना होगा अथवा डाक से भेजना होगा। जमा की गई मूल अंकतालिका वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
• All the students will have to submit three passport size photographs to be pasted on the application form, Library Card and Identity Card.
  सभी विद्यार्थियों को आवेदन पत्र, लाइब्रेरी कार्ड और पहचान पत्र पर चिपकाने के लिए तीन पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो जमा कराने होंगे।
• After the interview before the Admission Committee, the student will be given online permission to deposit the college Admission Fees and other fees, after which the fees can be deposited online or offline.
  प्रवेश समिति के समक्ष साक्षात्कार के बाद छात्र को कॉलेज की प्रवेश शुल्क (Admission Fees) एवं अन्य शुल्क जमा करने के लिए ऑनलाइन अनुमति प्रदान की जाएगी, जिसके उपरांत फीस ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन जमा की जाएगी |
• College admission fee etc. should be deposited on the same day the online permission is granted or within three days from the date of granting of permission.
  कॉलेज की प्रवेश शुल्क आदि उसी दिन जमा कर दी जानी चाहिए जिस दिन ऑनलाइन अनुमति प्रदान कर दी गई हो या अनुमति प्रदान करने की तिथि से तीन दिन के भीतर ।
  A receipt must be obtained for all deposits in the college.
  कॉलेज में सभी जमा राशियों के लिए रसीद प्राप्त की जानी चाहिए।
• Any student who has failed in the previous examination would not be admitted, unless he is eligible for Re-examination and in such case he will be admitted provisionally on the risk of the candidate.
  किसी भी छात्र को जो पिछली परीक्षा में अनुत्तीर्ण हो गया है, तब तक प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा, जब तक कि वह पुनः परीक्षा के लिए पात्र न हो जाए और ऐसी स्थिति में उसे अभ्यर्थी के जोखिम पर अनंतिम रूप से प्रवेश दिया जाएगा।
• Any student who has been refused admission to the college in the past would not be admitted.
  किसी भी छात्र को, जिसे पूर्व में कॉलेज में प्रवेश देने से मना कर दिया गया हो, प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा।
• The Principal or the Admission Committee appointed by the Principal can refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  प्रधानाचार्य या प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा नियुक्त प्रवेश समिति बिना कोई कारण बताए किसी भी छात्र को प्रवेश देने से मना कर सकती है।
• All the students must submit the photocopy of Transfer Certificate alongwith the admission form & original at the time of Interview. Those who are admitted after the date have to submit these alongwith Migration Certificate alongwith the enrolment form separately with the requisite fee.
  प्रिंसिपल या प्रिंसिपल द्वारा नियुक्त प्रवेश समिति सभी छात्रों को साक्षात्कार के समय प्रवेश फॉर्म के साथ स्थानांतरण प्रमाण पत्र की फोटोकॉपी और मूल प्रति जमा करानी होगी। जिन छात्रों को तिथि के बाद प्रवेश मिलता है, उन्हें माइग्रेशन प्रमाण पत्र के साथ नामांकन फॉर्म के साथ अपेक्षित शुल्क के साथ अलग से जमा करना होगा।
• The students residing outside the university catch up area can get admission/readmission in the college only when they produce a character certificate by their District Police Authorities mentioning that there is no criminal case pending against them in the court.
  विश्वविद्यालय के कैच-अप क्षेत्र से बाहर रहने वाले छात्रों को कॉलेज में प्रवेश/पुनः प्रवेश तभी मिल सकता है, जब वे अपने जिला पुलिस प्राधिकारियों द्वारा जारी चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करें, जिसमें उल्लेख हो कि उनके विरुद्ध न्यायालय में कोई आपराधिक मामला लंबित नहीं है।

Attendance Rule

75% of attendance in Lectures, Tutorials and Practicals have to be put up by each student before he/she can be sent up for University Examination. Practicals extending over one period will be counted as one lecture and over two periods as two lectures and so on, though there will be only one attendance at the beginning of the practical work. In the faculty of law every candidate shall be required to attend at least 66% of the lectures in each of the subjects.
प्रत्येक छात्र को व्याख्यान, ट्यूटोरियल और प्रैक्टिकल में 75% उपस्थिति दर्ज करानी होगी, तभी उसे विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षा के लिए भेजा जा सकेगा। एक अवधि में किए गए प्रैक्टिकल को एक व्याख्यान के रूप में गिना जाएगा और दो अवधियों में किए गए प्रैक्टिकल को दो व्याख्यान के रूप में गिना जाएगा, तथा इसी प्रकार आगे भी, हालांकि प्रैक्टिकल कार्य की शुरुआत में केवल एक उपस्थिति होगी। विधि संकाय में प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी को प्रत्येक विषय में कम से कम 66% व्याख्यानों में उपस्थित होना आवश्यक होगा।
