Rules of Conduct & Discipline for All Students
Students are expected to observe the simple rules of decency and decorum towards each other in their behaviour, conduct and day-to-day activities. They have to build healthy traditions in the college. They should remember that the dignity and good name of the college depends upon their dignified and decent behaviour inside and outside the college. They are expected to observe:
  • Holding Android Mobile is Strictly Punishable in Academic Block of College Campus.
  • That they are regular in attendance.
  • That their progress in studies is satisfactory.
  • That they adopt habit to see the notice board and the college website regularly.
  • That they should be sincere of their attendance. They should know that if their attendance falls below 75%, they will not be allowed to appear in the University Examinations. The College is not bound to give notice to those students whose attendance falls below the minimum required. The decision of the Principal shall be final in this matter.
  • That they should not indulge in any controversy of Political nature or in any strike causing loss of their valuable time and studies.
  • That they behave in a disciplined and dignified manner at public meeting and places.
  • That they behave very decently towards girl students. Any students guilty of even lightest misbehaviour towards girl students is liable to be dealt strictly.
  • That every student shall keep his identity card always with him, duly signed by the Chief Proctor/ Additional Chief Proctor.
  • That they are not absent from any test or examination.
  • That they are respectful and obedient to all the members of the college staff and set an example of noble behaviour.
  • That they follow and obey all notifications and instructions issued by the Principal, In-charge of the department and other members of the staff.
  • That they are expected to keep their guardians informed about their progress in studies. The guardians are also required to remain aware of the activities of their ward.
  • That they are regular in their studies and appear in their periodical tests if any prescribed by the University and qualify in them.
  • That the students elected in NCC and NSS remain in complete discipline, and they should strictly follow the instructions given by their In-charge. They should attend all training programmes and camps and must not remain absent without the prior permission of the Principal/ Programme Officer.
  • During their vacant periods, students are advised to visit Library for reading books.
  • Girl Students in their vacant time should sit in Girl's Common Room or visit to the Library. Moving here and there in college premises and standing roadside is strictly punishable.
The students are expected to avoid:
  • Talking loudly while passing through the veranda or galleries when classes are going on.
  • Standing near or in front of the classroom or peeping-in through the windows.
  • Calling loudly their friends or shouting or roaming about with bicycle in the college.
Important Provisions
  • The prospectus provides general information and is subject to the provisions of the acts, studies, ordinances, regulations and relevant resolutions of the Academic Council of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra and BSA (PG) College, Mathura administration.
  • College reserves the right to make and change/ modification in the provisions made in the prospectus and the same shall be duly notified and duly published. The candidates shall not be informed of any such change(s) individually.
  • Candidates are required to read the prospectus carefully before filling in the application form. They should apply only after complete satisfaction. In case of any doubt/ questions, the candidate can meet the In-charge of the concerned Department or Principal.
  • Students admitted shall be subject to the provisions of the Acts, Statutes, Ordinances, Rules and regulations of the University as well as of this college.
  • No candidate shall be entitled to claim admission as a matter of right.
  • If any dispute of any kind relating to any matter about admission, result or mark-sheet etc. arises the courts of Mathura only will have jurisdiction.
  • Candidates and their parents must note that for any issue related to examinations and result declaration and discrepancies in the mark-sheet etc., only the University is responsible. The college does not have any role in this matter.
  • Candidates are required to visit college website https://bsapgcollege.ac.in on regular basis for the regular update of important information and notifications.
  • Ragging is strictly banned in this College. If anybody does the same, it must be brought into the notice of the Chief Proctor/ In-charge of the concerned department and Principal for prompt action.
  • Standing here and there in the college campus especially at the cycle stand is strictly prohibited. Strict disciplinary action shall be taken in this regard.
  • During written examinations, students are informed not to possess mobiles and electronic devices, wallets and other papers except admit card. They are aso advised not to come to the college in shoes. They should wear simple sleepers during examinations.
  • Abusing words in conversation are punishable in college campus.
Uniform

Faculty of Science For Boys: Shirt - White, Pants - Khaki For Girls: Kurta - White, Salwar - White, Duptta - Khaki Faculty of Art & Humanities For Boys: Shirt - White, Pants - Military Green For Girls: Kurta - White, Salwar - White, Duptta - Military Green Faculty of Law For Boys: Shirt - White, Pants - Black For Girls: Kurta - White, Salwar - Black Faculty of Education For Boys: Shirt - White, Pants - Dark Gray For Girls: Dark Gray Saari with matching Blouse Faculty of Commerce For Boys: Shirt - White, Pants - Dark Blue For Girls: Kurta - White, Salwar - White, Duptta - Dark Blue Faculty of Vocational Studies For Boys: Shirt - White, Pants - Dark Brown For Girls: Kurta - White, Salwar - White, Duptta - Dark Brown
In winter for all Faculties with black coat or cardigan, Black shoes & white shocks is compulsory with uniform.
Important Note: Any style in uniform like Patiala / legging / ankle length STRICTLY not allowed.
